A journey of passion
and dedication.

Strategy is only valuable when it leads to action that holds up in the real world.
DWT was founded in Dubai in 2015 with a single conviction: that strategy is only valuable when it leads to action that holds up in the real world.
In 2025 we opened our Cairo practice, extending our reach across the region while staying close to the leaders we serve. We are not a large firm. We are deliberately a small one.
What unites our team is a shared standard: think clearly, write plainly, deliver completely. That is how trust is built, engagement after engagement.
To be the trusted partner leaders return to when the next decision matters most.
To translate ambition into structured, measurable progress for the organizations we serve.
Three values, applied without exception.
Resilience
We build plans that survive contact with reality, and people who do too.
Innovation
We bring new thinking to old problems, and discipline to new ones.
Integrity
We say what we believe, and we deliver what we promise.
Catalysts of success.
A diverse group of professionals, each bringing a distinct blend of expertise, insight, and craft.
Meet the core of DWT Consultants, a community of practitioners working under the guidance of co-founders Mohamed Tarek Fahmy and Eng. Tarek M. Wanas, MBA.
We combine backgrounds in strategic planning, training and development, management consulting, operational improvement, and technology, to help our clients adapt and thrive in markets that rarely stand still.
Our Global Management initiatives process is designed so that every member plays a defining role in shaping practical outcomes for our clients. We believe in collaboration, clear communication, and a steadfast commitment to our clients' growth.
This collective dedication is what defines our team as catalysts for meaningful progress.
The minds behind the practice.
Two co-founders whose combined judgment in finance, governance, and enterprise transformation defines the standard of the firm.

A chartered professional whose career sits at the intersection of finance, governance, and disciplined business judgment.
Mohamed leads the firm's financial and governance practice, bringing the precision of a chartered accountant and the judgment of a seasoned advisor to boards, CEOs, and senior leadership teams across the region.
He is closely involved in some of the most critical decisions organizations face—including mergers and acquisitions, financial structuring, performance transformation, and governance design. His role is to ensure that strategic ambition is matched by financial discipline, operational alignment, and execution readiness.
Operating at the intersection of finance, strategy, and enterprise execution, Mohamed aligns leadership, organizational structure, and underlying systems to translate complex decisions into measurable outcomes. He focuses particularly on areas where value is most at risk—post-transaction integration, financial control, and performance visibility.
His approach is grounded in accountability and delivery. Beyond advisory, he works alongside leadership teams to embed governance frameworks, strengthen financial oversight, and build operating models that sustain performance and support long-term enterprise value.
"Discipline in the numbers is what makes ambition credible in the boardroom."
Advising CEOs, investors, and senior leadership teams on Mergers & Acquisitions and complex transformation initiatives.
Tarek advises CEOs, investors, and senior leadership teams on mergers and acquisitions, as well as complex enterprise transformation initiatives. His work focuses on ensuring that strategic decisions translate into measurable enterprise value.
His role extends well beyond deal strategy. He works across the full lifecycle of a transaction—from due diligence and structuring through integration and post-transaction performance—aligning leadership, financial structure, operational execution, and the underlying business systems where value is most often lost or left unrealised.
With more than four decades of experience, Tarek brings a distinctive perspective shaped at the intersection of enterprise technology, operating models, and executive leadership. Having been involved in ERP and CRM since the earliest era of enterprise computing, he understands how systems directly influence performance, control, and scalability.
He also serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives on leadership effectiveness and management practice. His approach is hands-on and outcome-driven, working closely with leadership teams—from boardroom to operations—to embed the structures, systems, and disciplines required to convert strategic intent into sustained enterprise performance.
"A transaction only creates value when leadership, operations, and systems are aligned to carry it forward."
